In a mysterious and surreal place somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the lives of several characters are intertwined in a surprising and mysterious way. Pupils of Negin and Nazgol elementary school find a sum of money frozen in the winter ice and ask to take it back. Meanwhile, Masud leads a group of increasingly confused tourists around Winnipeg’s monuments and historic sites. Matthew quits his pointless job at a government agency in Quebec and embarks on a mysterious journey to visit his mother. Space, time and personal identities blur, intertwine and disappear in a surreal comedy of deception.
